I recommend seeing this movie, however it does have a slow start. My kids and I enjoyed it once it started moving a little faster. I have a 9yr old and 6yr old and they both said they liked the movie.

BORING BORING BORING! I take my 4 year old to movies often and normally can sit through them and enjoy them right along with her. This movie was boring, had zero plot or redeeming qualities. I don't even think I'd buy it on DVD when it's released.

I think it is unconscionable to show this movie to children...glorifying that it is OK to steal things that do not belong to you. No wonder we have the breakdown in society that we have today. It also was so boring I had a hard time staying awake.

No Nuts, No Glory, No Humor.

I took my 6 year old and he cracked a smile here and there, but nothing close to "laugh out loud" according to some fan reviews. I felt like the film was trying to be another movie we've all seen before; the same jokes, the same one-liners. The story had such a subtle moral lesson that adults barely got it. There's something wrong when the credits get more laughs than the actual film (cartoon Psy). Is it a renter? Sure, but don't pay more than a buck...

I liked this better than I thought I would.

Yes, it is designed for the elementary school crowd but if you want a fun movie, and don't want to think about the plot, GO and enjoy your popcorn.
