Heroic and Poignant

Rarely can a movie come close to encapsulating the sheer scope of the Nazi's diabolical plans for planet earth and all of humanity. Seeing the thousands of artifacts and HOW MUCH Hitler stole was unbelievable...I felt a stillness come over the theater when the men stepped onto the beach at Normandy. And I've never had a theater full of people applaud at the end of a movie. Our theater was filled with people over 60. My son (12) was the youngest person there. But I told him that some of the people sitting around us remember these events because it happened to their loved ones and some changed their lives forever. It is a special movie.

Moderately entertaining, moderately informative, Clooney-lite

This is a light-weight movie with light-weight acting not worth the hype. Suggest it isn't worth first run ticket prices at the movie theaters - wait to rent it.

interesting story, can't quite keep up the intensity, I wouldn't run right out to see it, but it's a pleasant diversion... my wife liked it more...

Excellent movie. Based on a true story, it was very informative about history during WW II. Since most of our students today aren't very familiar with World War II, it would be a good history study.
