I absolutely loved it. If you love opera these Met telecasts afford people the oppurtunity to enjoy and experience opera at its very best. The sound was fabulous and of course you can see the performers up close and enjoy all the drama opera affords. I would never be able to see all these opera at our opera house. The price would be prohibitive and what I could afford would not be seats as wonderful as the movie theatre. What an experience! I recommend this for all.

Brilliant. What a terrific opportunity for those of us out in the hinterlands to see a production from the Met. I watched it in Honolulu with a crowd of people in sandals and Hawaiian shirts. Total comfort! Watching the opera in high definition opened up a whole new viewing experience not even possible at a live performance. I hope these productions run forever.

This is such a fabulous production! I will attend every Met Opera showing offered. I especially enjoy the background scenes and interviews, learning so much about each of the operas and the stars. What a wonderful (and affordable) opportunity for those who would like to check out opera for the first time.
