we like attending the LIve in HD performances but only as encores. It seems this theater seems to have a blackout during the "Live" showing. The only thing I dislike is with the movie theater...they ALWAYS position it next to a LOUD movie; of course the loudness is always in the middle of a beautiful aria!!!

HI Thank you, Thank you Thank you. My very 1st, but certainly not my last time seeing operas in the movies. Being so close to the actors, scenery & costumes I felt It was performed in my living room. It was one of the best i have seen.

I really enjoyed this amazing and delightful production. I speak Italian and it was nice not to have to read the captions due to a clear pronunciation of the singers. Met rocks!

Deborah Voigt is a bit annoying as "our host," but the opera is fabulous and fabulously presented. I love seeing the "behind the scenes" shots during intermission. The sound is good, not great. I miss the reverberation of the voices in the hall, but, overall, I loved it.

Fandango should not request reviews of movies that were not shown. Unable to see movie. Theater could not access satellite. Theater reimbursed cost of ticket ($18), but did not reimburse Fandango's charge. Fandango should credit my account with $2.
