I didn't read the fine-print before going to the movies.
I thought this was a Tarantino movie, but he is only the promoter.
It's a RZA movie, and I'm not a big fan of all things Wu Tang Clan.
Fun movie, but not worth the $11 per person IMHO.

If you were a fan of Kung Fu Theater back in the 70's-80's that came on Sundays' at noon, you'll like this movie! Didn't expect to see an academy award winner but to be entertained, and I was!!

So bad that the movie ended up being a comedy. Saw it with a group of friends and we all ended up busting out laughing numerous times and yelling at the screen. Don't waste your money. Russell Crowe and Lucy Liu should be ashamed of being in this movie.

Took my 14 year old at 10pm and it was really good. Was expecting to catch a nap or something and was not even sleepy afterward. I could see it again.

Ugh. Ok, the opening credits were pretty cool and the accompanying tune by RZA was AWESOME, took me back to my days listening to Wu-Tang. But everything after that was downhill... I respect RZA and Eli Roth independently of this mishmash of crap, but I ended up walking out of this movie after the first hour. I couldn't bear to watch anymore. The direction was weak and obvious, the production quality was pretty low to awful. The acting was ok, but not great. The action sequences were more McG: Charlie's Angels than Crouching Tiger, not cool and not well choreographed. If you're in your early teens and haven't seen a lot of decent action / pulp fiction cinema then go right ahead. If you have managed to get through puberty then you might want to save yourself the torture of watching this should've-been-straight-to-DVD pile of crap. Lame!!
