I was amazed how well the RZA put things together. It was a great experience to see somewhat of a twist to a Hong Kong cinema film with him being the lead antagonist. The music was amazing and all the actors and actress all get their time to shine. My only thought about this movie was the the fight scenes tend to cut away during an impact of a kick or punch, so you kind don't feel the landing of the attack at times but don't let that stop you. The Man With The Iron Fists is a great movie for any Martial Arts lover and a fan of Hong Kong cinema mixed with Urban Hip Hop. Thank you RZA for adding a new genre to to Martial Art films now.

This movie was easily the I have ever seen. I didn't laugh once in the movie that was attempting to be a hybrid between an action movie and a comedy. Complete waste of money.

The story was eh...the acting was eh...the effects were nice, and overall for his directorial debut, it was a good first try. Will it be an oscar contender no, but I'm willing to bet my shoe collection it will be a cult classic. My only regret is that we went to an overpriced "deluxe" theater...!

This was a movie that I was waiting to see for quite some time now. I have to say that now that I have seen it, I look forward to the Rza learning from this experience and becoming a full fledged director as he is already a prominent name in the music industry. The film reminded me of many of the kung-fu movies that I used to watch on the weekend when I was kid. It didn't try to recreate anything new, just tell a classic story in a different way - and it worked in my opinion. You could tell that the Rza, Eli Roth & Quentin Tarantino had fun with this project - which is a good thing. I feel that the scene transitions could have been a little smoother, as well as a bit more story to flesh out the other clans, the blacksmith and other characters as they were interesting in their own right. Other than that I think that this movie was pretty good. I'm glad that I went out to support. Keep up the good work Rza!

It was'nt one of Tarantino's better movies, in my opinion. An O.K. story with lots of martial arts fighting and a certain look (China 1800's ) that made it worth while. Russel Crowe and Lucy Liu were good and Byron Mann( I've never heard of him before) was good too. I give it a Go.
