I was hilarious I loved it. I love Johnny Depps character, and the guy that played the lone ranger I liked too, I'd only seen him in one other movie but he did a great job with this character. I would recommend seeing it......

Is there any way to get my money back?

It is as bad as advertised. I fought off common sense to prove the critics wrong. Well, even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then. This movie is just terrible! I felt bad having spent the money to see this. However, I felt worse about myself for judging the knucklebutts in the theater cackling and laughing at this dog. These must be the same people that drive slow in the left lane and keep their left blinker on for miles. In a word, ARRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!

Entertaining, but not sure Ruth Wilson was the right cast for the female lead

Mostly a good movie! Lots of shoot 'em up (without all the blood and gore) and quirky, but a good way to spend an afternoon at a discounted price. The leading lady, Ruth Wilson, was not a good fit. Her lips were distracting....couldn't tell if they were implants or natural. I think anyone else would have been a better fit -everytime she came on the screen, it took my mind off the movie because I couldn't get past the upper lip. Really!! Enjoyed Johnny Depp of course, knowing that these guys did a lot of their own riding and stunts was also fun to watch. There was a little lull in the movie, where you just wanted to say "ok, keep moving!" - but overall good, NOT great.

Pretty good if you scrape off the cheese

The "wraparound" story detracted from the film, and the movie itself had enough cheese to supply Taco Bell for a month, but neither of these things were enough to wreck the high entertainment value of the film. Lots of action and comedy. And the climactic scene with the Lone Ranger theme was chock full of classic high-adventure antics we've come to expect from Bruckheimer.

A parody - not a real Lone Ranger movie.

I am of the generation that watched the original TV series. I have a deep fondness for this character. It meant a lot to my developement as a child. DEPP made a parody of the character, much as Austin Powers vs James Bond. I hope Disney goes bankrupt from this cartoon. Horses running across the tops of moving trains. It was fitting that they had a scene where the Lone Ranger had his head dragged thru a pile of horse manure. They dragged the audience thru that same pile
