One of the worst movies I have ever seen. I felt it was worse than Chinese water torture. It is basically two people, a man and woman with a guide hiking. Every scene is 5 minutes of watching them hike. No communication. The scenery wasn't good enough to keep your attention. It starts with the naked woman jumping in the shower for 5 minutes until he pours warm water over her. That is the most action except for when a man they came across hiking puts a gun to the head of the man. After that nothing was said about the incident. No communication in the whole movie and if they say a few words you can't understand them or it is nonsense. The woman does conjugate Spanish verbs and sings a el gato song and the guide goes meow meow. This movie is so uninteresting and a waste of your time. Shame on the producers for putting this "movie" out and wasting our time and money.
So I hope this helps you make a decision to go or not.

From the start you never really know what's going on. They seem to be taking a trek across the lands, but why? To where? The relationships between the characters are well developed. As the trek continues with the guide, something happens that changes everything and everyone (most exciting two minutes of the film.) Then back to the trek. Very boring. Maybe could have used a different director??

I was on the verge of giving this on a so-so, but eventually decided against it. As the title suggests, this film boasts beautiful and well thought out shots that are both unique and moral. However , there was not much else great about it. There were several times where I found myself bored and uninterested in a scene, as it was typical for one continuous shot to be dragged out up to a couple of minutes. The dialogue was often muffled and difficult to understand. Overall, I feel as if the entire film was making too many efforts to mimic other indie films. The ending was slightly disappointing, but nonetheless intuitive and edgy. There were many times when I was treated with a cunning surprise here and there, but overall it was simply long and often uninteresting. So not a terrible film, but if your hosting movie night, unless your a Netflix user, pass up this one.
