Even better than the first time around

This movie stands the test of time. Deals with real life issues with a hope for the future. There isn't a weak spot in it from cast to animation to music. Oh and the music is awesome thanks to Elton John. I could watch it again and again. The take-home message is as appropriate now as it was when it was first released. Take the kids, take the parents, and go see Lion King.

Thought I was gonna see a movie that I had already seen before, but the last time I saw the Lion King, I was high as a giraffe's ass,in high school and trying to get a piece. This time I went with my five year old, and the story really rang true. I did'nt realize that I would have to explain to my boy why the Mufasa character(supposed to be me) had died through the tears masked by my 3-D glasses. It was truly a magical time!

I took my three year old daughter to see this movie. She loved it. This is truly one of the best Disney classics ever. I am so glad they brought it back to the movie theater.
