This film, as all of you know, is Arnold Schwarzenegger's first film since his stint as The Governator of California. He got lots of criticism for that and his marital problems, which he himself caused, but that sort of stuff should be irrelevant when it comes to an acting career. Anyways, this film is a fairly enjoyable action film. It's an old-school 80s action film with some modern sheen and style thrown in for good measure. There's nothing particularly standout or original about this film, but it's well-made and enjoyable?and, really, that's all we want for a film in January, where studios go to dispose of their garbage before the summer and fall arrives. If you're a fan of Arnold's or just fan of old-school action films in general, give this film a watch at a matinee showing in your local theater. You'll enjoy it. A 6/10.

Great movie! The ZR1 Corvette uses the same feature as the Ferrari in the 2007 novel 'George's Flag'. The feature is a radar system built into the dashboard. This feature allows the car to travel at speeds in excess of 180 MPH, at night, using infrared - in both cases green, for the driver to see. In the novel, the car was built to be driven by a professional race car driver to get people "out" of Mexico. In the movie, the car is stolen to be driven by a professional race car driver to get someone "into" Mexico. Either way, this feature is fiction but makes for excitement- traveling at 197 MPH in the dark!

As much as this movie wants to me to take it seriously at times, I just can't. Once you give up on the probability of any of this actually happening, you can free yourself up to enjoy it! Try to laugh at it.

Yes I went because it was Arnold's first come back headliner in a movie. It was a good mixture of Humor, and action as well as blood and guts. for sure. It's worth the money. It's sad that it didn't do better on it's opening weekend. But then again he was up against some serious great movies. So tell your friends go see it. Way to go Arnold. I look forward to a Terminator sequence in about 20 years where the terminator is in a wheel chair.
