A police movie. With terrorists.
In the beginning of the movie, there's a timeline of how Saudi Arabia came to be and how the US has supported it. There's also a little bit of political intrigue, quickly solved by action-man Fleury.
The rest of the movie is almost a cookie-cutter police-buddy movie, with a few sentimental moments, and a big car/gun chase at the end. Except, this time, because they're after terrorists, they get to use bigger guns.
This movie will not tell you anything you don't already know; it will nod a few times to the situation in the Middle East, but in the end, it can be summed up as "An Eye for an Eye leaves Everyone Blind." It's been said before, and it's been said better.
