This is a fantastic movie. I hope it gets the recognition it deserves. The main actors give very strong performances; you really feel part of this moving story. It is both funny and touching in its portrayal of two people who help each other overcome life's very difficult problems. .

Very funny and entertaining, the actors are top class, Omar Sy is very funny like in his French TV show and François Cluzet is an excellent actor as usual. Highly recommended. Thierry

Can't Touch This

This film surprised me so much. I expected to see a socio-economic political commnetary on immigration in Europe, and was pleasantly surprised, instead. This story is one of a friendship as it unfolds, is challenged, breaks even, and resurrects. A true example of synergy, the whole being great than the parts. The friendship greater than any of these two men and their personal challenges. I would have liked more of a know what I think about statement films ... and I thought this film would have been prime opportunity to make one. But hey, someone else is going to have to make that film. I didn't miss not having a Meet The Press moment, and that's a testament to the story. A great film. Go see it today.

Really strong on message and just made you yell out "YES!" Even reading subtitles did not bother me and the style did not drag it out which happens so frequently anymore. I laughed out loud more than once - great movie. Very funny and heartwarming movie with reality on board.

Warm, Lighthearted and Absolutely Hilarious In Places.

Looking for a warm, fun and thoroughly entertaining movie? This is it. The only catch, and it's a minor one, is that the dialog is in French with English subtitles. But don't let that stop you. Where this film's concerned, reading subtitles is minor and nearly unimportant. You will laugh out loud and if you're not touched by these performances there's something very wrong with you. You simply can't go wrong here. See this movie. It's worth every cent of today's overly inflated ticket prices. You definitely won't be disappointed.
