    Great story of human perseverance!

    Helps people see the importance of family in this day and age when everyone is locked into their separate electronics ... when terror strikes, family means so much! Will this start a new genre of film around dealing with the contemporary natural disasters we are seeing due to climate change?

    The Impossible

    After reading all of the reviews I decided to take my teens to see this movie. I was hoping for a true inspiring movie. My teens and I were sickened by all of the blood and gore constantly displayed on the screen. This movie should have been rated R for Blood and gore. Hard to follow the story line when your sickened by watching people vomitting blood clots and looking at people with bloodly flesh hanging from thier bodies.

    how did this not win an oscar

    not only was my friend cryin but everyone in the movie theater seemed to be cryin too by the end.I was so close to screamin at the movie if u havent seen it then u are missij out
