Totally unnecessary foul language

Our 89 year old mother loves Sandra Bullock --- or at least she used to until she saw this movie. What a disappointment that such a quality, wholesome actress like Sandra Bullock would stoop to associating herself with a movie that features such extreme, unnecessarily frequent, profanity. Melissa McCarthy is a particular favorite of mine. It is again disappointing that someone with such promise felt it necessary to star in this raunchy, profane police-flick when she surely has received offers to star in truly funny movies that would present her comedic-flair with some measure of dignity. Because of this horrid movie, both Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy each have a BIG black mark against them in my book. Their future movie choices will surely dictate if I, and my mother, remain fans. I am sure that we are not alone.

One of the funniest (if not THE funniest) movies I have ever seen!!! :-) If you are offended by sexual references and/or a lot of cussiing - including the F word, DO NOT GO. If you are not offended, it is a MUST SEE!! Fantastic acting by both awesome leading ladies!! I rarely buy movies, but I WILL buy this one when the DVD comes out!!! Sandi, Bradenton, Florida

This movie had me laughing out loud and slapping my knee. Melissa McCarthy has a million one liners and has awesome comedic timing. Sandra Bullock was brilliant as usual and has a great sense of comedy as well. I love, ove, loved this movie...GO SEE IT!!!!!!

Laugh Fest

This was one of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time. I want to see it again because it was very funny and I couldn't hear all of Melissa's jokes over my and the audience's laughing. I tried to stop laughing just so I could hear all the jokes but I couldn't hear over everyone else. That was the worst part of the movie, missing jokes because laughter was too loud. There were some bloody parts that were hilarious. This was a great performance by the two leading ladies.

This movie kept me entertained throughout. It was long enough to actually tell a full story, but short enough that I never got bored. There is considerable language in it, though. Fantastic!
