I was able to go to a pre-screening and I didn't know what to expect. I knew it would be funny because of who was in the movie, but I didn't realize just how funny it was going to be. I laughed so hard I was crying. Melissa McCarthy is absolutely hilarious in this movie. So much so that she steals scene after scene from Sandra Bullock. Don't get me wrong, Sandra Bullock is hilarious too. Melissa just dominated in this movie. I will warn you though that half of the dialogue consists of cuss words. It didn't bother me, but I know it can bother other people and some parents don't want to expose their kids to that kind of dialogue. Otherwise, this is a MUST see movie!

For those of you who remember "48 Hours", that movie set a new standard for buddy-cop movies over 30 years ago. Since then there have been many variations on this theme, but until now there hasn't been a pair of female leads with the combustible energy and perfect chemistry as Bullock and McCarthy. Bullock's prim straight-man is the perfect foil to McCarthy's balls-to-the-wall outrageous antics. Better still, they both have the gift for razor-sharp dialogue as well as broad physical comedy. And kudos to whoever decided to cast an ancient Rambler as McCarthy's car. It's a perfect fit for her.
Yes, go see it.

I love Sandra Bullock but this was the worst movie yet of hers. If I wanted to hear the F bomb every few seconds I could go to my local high school. This show was boring and stupid. Very disappointing!

I laughed so hard all the way through this movie. If you want to go see a great movie that will keep you entertained from start to finish this is the one! I loved it...I am a 40 year old mother of three and my teens even loved it. We went at lunch time and there were a bunch of older like OLDER people and they laughed as well. I think this movie is good for all ages. (Over 13 due to language)

The movie would have been soooo much better had they curbed that foul language. Too much is too much and that was way tooooo much! They are friends that I would suggest go see it but I don't want to subject them to that excessive use of cursing! Had it not been for that I would have liked it and recommended it.
