    THE GUILT TRIP

    I LIKED THE FILM, DIDN'T THINK I WOULD, BUT I DID! MY DARLING WIFE PICKED IT. THE ACTING WAS SUPERB ONE "F" WORD BY BARBARA THAT DIDN'T NEED TO BE IN THE MOVIE, BUT I'M 68 AND IN MY TIME MOVIES NEVER USED THAT WORD, SO BE IT. HEY GODFATHER I THERE WERE HARDLY ANY CURSE WORDS CAPICE?
    I RECOMMEND THE MOVIE IF YOU LIKE A GOOD STORY AND AS I MENTIONED VERY GOOD ACTING.

    A Funny comedy that is great to watch anytime

    I was looking foward to this movie ever since I saw the trailer at Taken 2, but I wasn't excepting this at all. A perfect mother/son movie that will make everyone in the theater, if there wasn't just 4 people in the audience including me and my mom.Seth Rogen tries his best with his character and for PG-13 rated humor but also fails half the time with his jokes. Barbra Striesand is the movies big star and will always be a great comedy to me. Don't be fooled by the trailers great sense of hilarity because it also has some dramatic parts. All and all a great comedy that will be great for anyone over the age of 12. See it or buy it on DVD

    disappointing

    I had high hopes for this movie but it was disappointing. More of a Sunday avo rental than a theater experience. I could relate to trying to sell cleaning product which is a big part of the movie so from a personal angle it was amusing.

    Ads show enough of the plot that you can piece together the rest. No surprises, twists, or anything to get excited about. Not even a date movie.

    I thought it was going to be funny, for god's sake, it has Seth Rogen in it!! But no!!! It was just disappointing. Me and my family left halfway through the movie because we were all falling asleep. Absolutely terrible.

    Guilt Trip

    i liked the movie a lot. the suttle humor from the son may have been missed by some but i thought it was very funny.
    i felt sorry for the "daughter" who's sole line was basically "hi, i'm Joyce" had such a small part. but, a part that brought the whole movie together and shocked everybody. (i think)
