Starting with The Great Train Robbery (1903), this documentary follows the history of the silent movie chase sequence, and it includes excerpts from The Mark of Zorro (1920), Way Down East (1920), The Perils of Pauline (1914), and Buster Keaton's masterpiece, The General (1927).
