The Fault in our stars

This is a wonderful yet sad at times story. The storyline is humanistic and descriptive of how some people choose to live their lives with the shadow of death hanging over them. We choose to live out our time to its fullest, or wallow is despair. I will say that this is a "must see" movie. It is well written and the actors do it justice. I will see it again. Bring someone you love.

When I first heard about this film, I didn't think I'd like it. But it blew me away. Not only is it well-written, well-acted, and beautifully balanced (between humor and reality) in every way. It's real and honest. As soon as she mentions Peter Gabriel at the beginning of the movie, I knew it was written by someone closer to my age than my daughter's. Not just a love story either--makes you feel good about life, and even about those who have lived through, or succumbed to, something terrible in life.
