I took my 11yr old son to this movie thinking it would be a good sports film both him and I could be interested in. I had no idea! What a great movie! Both my son and I left with swollen hearts. Super thumbs up.
Even for females - I really enjoyed this story - based on actual events that I was not previously aware of - go see this movie.
I had seen this movie with a friend and we both liked it. To me it was very well acted and inspiring. I cant wait to get it on dvd because i liked a lot and i want to own. Have to see it with the family. I am kind of suprised this movie was not rated PG-13 because of little sex scenes, but they didnt show it though. Also there was alot of swearing and I was pretty suprised. Overall I loved it and cant wait to buy it. Recommended for sure.
If you're into sports movies like Gridiron Gang or anything like that then you will really love this movie. It was very well done and worth the money spent on it. It is also age appropriat if you were looking for a movie with your kids or someone young.
this was not that good of a movie. i thought it was going to be a lot better. like the acting wasn't good at all. Rob Brown to me did not act good. the only one who acted good was Denis Quad and Omar Benson Miller. Omar Benson Miller was pretty funny in this movie. but the story was slow, and the movie was very predictable, you know what was going to happen. not a great movie.
