    It's ok at best

    If you like the genre...

    ...you will love this. It's not cerebral - it's testosterone in over-drive. Good plain fun - not gory or cruel, just shoot-em-up chaos.

    if Sly was looking to do a CHEESY movie with ridiculous lines, dorky interactions and a totally retarded casting of hasbeens and way to old to do 'action'.... well done Sly!! more face palms of embarassment for watching it through than memory of a good moment

    Wasn't expecting it to be as good as the first but loved this it was great wish there was more from certain actors but thoroughly enjoyed watching this great piece of work. More movies in Hollywood need to be like this getting tired of some of the movies they just shoot out

    The Expendables 2

    You know, I gotta say for a bunch of old farts, they really kicked butt!! Yes, of course it was a bit schlocky BUT it was still extremely entertaining and to me that makes or breaks it with a movie. It was total action from begining to end. This was just a fun super clean humorus movie. And that Jason Stratham (The Transportor dude - well he is just freaking awesome) and Dolph, well he was right on que, just being Dolph. I am a true fan of the old smash-em-up type movies and I did enjoy this. I have got to find the expendables 1 on dvd or tv and check it out. All in all a good time was had by all!

    Expendables says it all

    Samo, samo. Same movie plot line. Same great stars +1. Same great action. Same movie, different title. I still enjoyed it, though. I agree with other posters, if you enjoyed the first or you let your kids go to it, then let them go to this on too. But you might wait for Netflix or HBO.

    Eh..

    I say go only because its not one of those movies you could truly enjoy at home. At the same time it's not a movie I'm proud to say that I paid full price. Definitely action packed. Plot is kinda cheesy and somewhat predictable. But lotta shooting and fighting so it kept my attention.

    What a great movie! All the returning cast plus: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jean Claude Vandamme, and Chuck Norris. Action packed! Wow! You must go!
