Bat Man gets about twenty minutes of screen time out of a two hour, forty five minute movie. Day light does not work for the aesthetic of the movie and makes the characters appear cartoonish. The voices and one liners add too much camp to follow a movie that was so gritty and compelling (Dark Knight). The timeline is far too distorted, wasn't pulled off very well. This was to the Dark Knight trilogy what Godfather III was to that series.

The film is huge and the story is too big for one movie, but it wraps up perfectly despite the challenges of a compressed & hugely faceted story and the difficulty to follow time. Days went by? A lot of dialogue is garbled, too.
The BAT urban copter was a great CGI achievement. Very well done.
Anne Hathaway was a good Catwoman.
Michael Kane poured out his heart and soul for a very heart warming performance.
It is a must go to see the end of this trilogy and the new characters to follow.
Worth ful price.

The movie itself kind of let me down. Yes, it's made with all the resources of massive budget Hollywood. Yes, the special effects are amazing. Yes the action sequences are entertaining. The movie's weakness is in the one area great technology and marketing cannot cover for: plot. Little spoiler here, but I suspect you know it BEFORE watching the movie just as I did: Batman comes out of 'retirement,' gets beat up by the bad guy, recovers and miraculously rises to save the world again. Ho-hum. Unfortunately, there's nothing in the plot to surprise you. And my other beef is about the villain: he did a great job, but really, we all know Batman's nemesis is the Joker, and the last two Jokers have been so off-the-hook outrageous, that even a solid performance by a new villain just doesn't cut it. I will admit I was entertained, but this movie was billed as THE blockbuster of the summer. Sorry, but the Avengers movie toasted this flick in every way.

Those of you who give it a SO-SO rating need to get your eyes examined. there was not ..I repeat NOT a boring/ridiculous part in the entire film. It kept you captivated for the entire film! While I do agree that Heath Ledger's role as the Joker was a tough one to outdo, I think that Tom Hardy asBane and Anne Hathaway as Catwoman did an excellent job and if they didn't outdo Ledger they equaled his greatness. I wholeheartedly agree with my fellow reviewers who stated that this is the PERFECT ending to the trilogy!

This movie put the final touch on Christian Bale's Batman. However, is it over? Can Batman truly end at this? Will John Blake become Robin or Nightwing?
I really enjoyed the Catwoman and Batman interaction. The Bane back brake was perfect. Again where does this leave Batman? No more Wayne Enterprises.... The film was perfect in every way. Christopher Nolan is a genius!
Enjoy the flick folks! It is amazing!
