I went into this movie expecting it to be good, but not better than The Dark Knight. To say the least i was presently surprised. I have heard its not as good. I also heard the story line sucked and that there is too much going on and that the end is not good. I Disagree with all of those. The movie is long but it does not drag one bit. It is full of action and some scenes leave you shocked and awed. The last 45 minutes is awesome! The ending could not have been better. This is the best of the three films guaranteed. Go see it you will not be disappointed.

The story is heavy and hopeful all at the same time. It runs a little long, but follows the graphic novel theme all the way till very last frame.

For a movie that is over 2.5 hours long, it goes pretty quick. Not the best of the trilogy, but absolutely worth seeing, especially in IMAX. There are some surprising twists but I feel most of the "shock and awe" was lost in the trailer.

For most of the movie I felt the story was too different from the original knightfall (batman vs Bain comics). With no Azriel and no Robin it was clear to me that the writers were pulling their ideas from thin air. However, just before the end as the plot came together I realized that I had been deceived and that this reaction must have been the writer's intention the whole time. I will won't tell you what happens but I will tell you this, if you are a true fan than you already know because every character in this movie has an origin and the writers stay true to that aspect for both batman and his villains. Before I saw this film being the fan that I am I already had an opinion of how this movie should go and although I was surprised by the out come I had already predicted I was still quite pleased. With that said it was a bit too long and the fighting was kind of dumb. Also, they had batman doing things I thought were out of charictor like an excessive use of gasoline on a bridge.

Christopher Nolan filmed a majority of the film in IMAX, so it's definitely worth seeing in an IMAX theater. I won't post anything about the plot, except that you need to see it ASAP to avoid anybody else spoiling it for you, including new, longer trailers. I loved all 165 minutes of it. GO GO GO, NOW!
