Not as good as Wreck It Ralph, the last movie I saw with the kids. It was OK- I was expecting much better though based on reviews.

I took my 4year old to this movie on opening day. We were so excited to go see a new movie! My daughter and I totally loved Wreck it Ralph and since Riley was also in the Crood's well, you know what I mean. However, we did not like The Crood's!
The movie was just too long and not only were the kids in the audience restless but, also all the parents. We were totally disappointed!
Usually, when a new kid movie is out in theaters my daughter and I go see it two or three times during its release, not this time!
The movie had so much potential!

The kids (10 and 8) and I loved this movie. It was fun and entertaining. It has some great one-liners. Adults and children alike will laugh out loud.

Went to watch this with my husband and two boys 12 & 8. It was a hit. We all enjoyed it and so did the other's at the movies. We all laughed at the same times and enjoyed the whole movie. A must to see for the whole family or by yourself.

My friend and I went to see this movie, and laughed so hard. It is not sophisticated, and that is its charm. The Croods, a cave-dwelling family, are forced from their cave into the elements. Amazing adventures follow their leaving the cave. Sometimes it is hard to believe that man ever progressed at all. Yet that is one of the points the movie makes; we need to have ideas, change and adapt as life comes at us. Hunkering down in a cave is not the answer to living. Go and see it - take the whole family, take a date and laugh out loud.
