Took my 2 kids to see it Sunday evening. They loved it and so did I. Well done, fast-paced, didn't feel overly dramatic or drawn out. Definitely recommend.

A lesser version of Ice Age

I enjoyed the movie and had a couple laughs. There were also moments I wanted to smack my face against the floor repeatedly because the dialogue/situations were so cliche and awkward. Dreamworks once again comes in behind Disney and Pixar with a good family movie without much that sets it apart from the hundreds out there on dvd. Unless your children really want to go to the movies, rent a dvd of a much better film like Ice Age. If you're going to the movies anyway and need a kid flick to watch, this one the kids will love and you'll enjoy but quietly hope your kid won't want to see it again.

It was such a great movie!! My husband and I brought our 4 and 5 year old to see it and they sat still for the entire movie! They laughed, just as much as we did, and enjoyed The Croods very much. The color and animation was great. The detailing was amazing. I'd definitely rent it when it comes out. Thank you!

I was so worried that this was going to be one of those movies where they had shown all the good parts in the trailers and the rest of movie was going to suck...it wasn't. At it's most basic, it's just a great story about a family and their daily struggles, that just happens to be animated. But on top of that it's just so imaginative and funny!

I took my kids and one of their friends to see this movie Saturday night. Despite the ticket malfunction at the kiosk, the long lines and the throngs of people at the theater, I enjoyed the movie and my kids did too. I asked them what they thought the next morning and they both said without hesitation, "AWESOME"!!! The content was clever, the story was refreshing without any of the. usual violence and sexual references. Kids of any age can see this and enjoy it!
