I was so worried that this was going to be one of those movies where they had shown all the good parts in the trailers and the rest of movie was going to suck...it wasn't. At it's most basic, it's just a great story about a family and their daily struggles, that just happens to be animated. But on top of that it's just so imaginative and funny!

Was a great movie for the family. My 4 year old granddaughter was glued to the screen. I didn't see it in 3D which I might like to go back and watch it in 3D. One I will be buying when it is released. This movies is entertaining for all ages

Fun Family Movie

This movie was much better than I had anticipated. An original story with interesting characters really drives this movie. Colorful prehistoric animals add to the eye candy. My daughter (age 10) wanted to stay in the theater for another viewing. There is no higher compliment I can give.

Croods was great family fun

Took the family to see the Croods as a part of our spring break. We have an early teen in tow who was negative to resistant to go, a 10 year old. My wife who avoids going to most of the kids movies and myself who is pretty much open to any movie. All enjoyed it. By the end the resistant teen was smiling and the rest of the family really enjoyed the movie. The world that was imagined in the movie was interesting and creative. There were lots of places where there was sufficient tension and drama to keep adults interested and it had the heartwarming feeling you want from a movie like this.
