Seemed to be a typical Dreamworks flick. Good quality, family/life lessons, etc... My seven year old loved it as with most animated movies though. Good one for the kids/family.

My daughter really wanted to see this movie, so we went for our father daughter date. We both really enjoyed this movie, and the 3D was the best I have seen. We sat in the middle of row 2, and it was great fun. I would recommend it for any age group.

Pleasantly surprised by this movie, believing it was going to be an "Ice Age" ripoff, and those have been going downhill fast. But "The Croods" was full of silly (not stupid) laughs that just leave you smiling. Worth a watch, especially if you have children.

Funny and colorful animated flick about a cave family (the last of their kind) who encounter a more evolved young man and must change themselves in order to survive. This isn't particularly original (the ending is cribbed almost word for word from How To Train Your Dragon) and the accuracy of the period is barely a step up from The Flintstones, but this is a big improvement over the Ice Age series and has some funny gags and good voicework, especially from Nicolas Cage and Emma Stone. Children and adults should both enjoy this one.

Had some of Hollywood's most well-known names for characters but in the end, its a movie for the kids. A couple of funny moments...not terrible, not great.
