So many good seasoned actors that we don't get to see in movies much anymore. They are still quality, talented artists and the story line was very compelling; especially for those of us that remember similar times of political unrest in our country!

First of all, the movie, considering the trailer of stuff led by him (Robert) back and forth, could have been shorter than 2 hr+ Again, it was overdone by him, and I believe it is time for him to retire! Considering the movie and its contents, etc. it could have been shorter, and less of Redford!

ROBERT REDFORD MOVIES ALWAYS HAVE AN INTERESTING THEME.. I FEEL THIS MOVIE IS PROBABLY MORE FOR PEOPLE WHO LIVED DURING THE PROTEST YEARS AND CAN UNDERSTAND THE EMOTION OF THE TIME. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THAT IT DID NOT HAVE BLOOD, GORE, NUDITY AND BAD LANGUAGE THAT IS VERY RARE THESE DAYS. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO JUST SIT AND ENJOY THE STORY. (AND IT ACTUALLY HAD A STORY)

Saw movie on opening day. It is a good movie for the over 50 crowd, as we will all remember the SDS and the protests against the Vietnam War. Movie has lots of characters, yet Redford makes it flow smoothly and you won't get confused. Asks some introspective questions of the characters, including the reportor who is out to get his story. Great cast of actors. Reminded me of Redford's earlier movie: All the President's Men.
