Another Great Episode in the Series

     by  ginnikin

This movie was excellent. A little slow in the beginning but then it began to move and move it did. Great action scenes. Excellent characters and easy to understand the real meaning of the film.

Everything You Know Is About to Change....

I recently came back from "Prince Caspian," and I was blown away!!!! For the most part, it stays entirely true to the original C.S. Lewis novel, with the exception of moving certain scenes and/or events around from the original book. It has a darker tone apart from "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe," but it sets the stage for hopefully a fantastic series that's been adored by fans all over the world.

It's sad to know two characters won't be returning to Narnia next year, as well as director Andrew Adamson not returning as well. He did a teriffic job director two wonder adaptations of the series; C.S. Lewis would be proud. In case you haven't read the series, read them to be on the safe side so you know what is going on. Even if the plot is a little bit out of line from the original book, it helped me remember specific characters and scenes that did stay true to the original. This film is amazing, and I'm not lying when I say so. Go see "Prince Caspian" NOW!!!!!!!

    Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian

Even though I did not see the first Narnia movie, I didn't feel i missed anything as this one made perfect sense to me. The scenery was terrific, the actors great in their parts and the special effects very well done. I look forward to seeing the first movie at some time in the near future and also to any further sequels in the series.

    Good

     by  Michele

It was a good movie. If you liked the 1st one you will like this one. But you may find that you like the 1st one better. But it is still a good movie.

    Bad movie

     by  dloomis

didn't follow the storyline of the book. Aslan was barely in it. I have read the Chronicles many times I liked the first movie and I walked out of this one because it was a bad movie.

    Very good sequil

     by  jcarey73

This was a very good sequil to the lion the witch and the wardrobe. That being said, it seemed that they tried to cram too much content into the time allotted.
I am, however looking forward to the next installment in this series.

    Great family drama and action.

     by  celtic_lass

I watched this with 9 and 10 yr old boys who are great readers... they tend to escape and become very absorbed in any fictional story so the long wait between LL and W and Prince Caspian seemed like eternity to these two. The characters were well-cast giving both boys and girls their own heroes in this epic. I think Susan's beautiful archery skills will bring a rush on the sales of bows and targets for our strong young girls.
Very realistic battle scenes were very intense but no blood and guts!! This seemed to give so much more impact to the 2 scenes with just a few drops of blood. Still may be too intense for the young and faint of heart (little ones!)
Aslan was much more realistic this time around. It was incredible to watch the centaurs walk, leap and gallop.
Scenery and background sounds and music were spot-on. Marvelous armour and weaponry ... the sword blades are remarkable.

    Narnia Rocks

     by  catsarefun

This movie will have you glued to the screen. Great visuals, touching, tons of action and surprises.
Kids really enjoy the coming of Aslan, and waited the entire show for his appearance. He doesn't disappoint them.
Great for the whole family - with enough action for the boys in your life.
