Great movie and very relevent to the political atmosphere. The Koch brothers and Mitt Romney and his cronies need to see this movie to see what they're doing to the American People. Loved it and highly recommend it to anyone who is as sick of Washington as I am.

I'll start off by saying that I really wanted to love this movie. Will Ferrell is always great as the overdone man's man, and Zach Galifianakis plays a great naive/bumbling underdog. Maybe it's my ever increasing apathy towards politics in general, but there were parts of this movie that were a little too much like real life politics. It's all done in jest, to be sure, but the constant rhetoric, mud-slinging, and one-upmanship reminded me of everything I've seen in real political debates in the last 15 years. And it hurts to know that's where our country is/has been heading.

while worth seeing as a broad satire of contemporary politics, The Campaign could have been better, much better, if it relied less on heavy-handed "humor" and nore on subtlety. it's an entertaining way to spend some time, but you'll walk out less-than-satisfied at its missed opportunity.

I could have waited to see it on video, but my 18 year old grandson thought it was very funny. Lots of bawdy humor and some sex scenes, so just right for an 18 year old boy!

Although there was the weak thread of a plot running through the film, the excessive use of foul language language and overly detailed sexual scenes was an affront to anyone in the audience with any amount of common sense and good taste. I am sorry that our price of admission will in any way allow the producers to profit from this trash.
I could not believe the previous viewers and critics were as supportive as they were.in their comments.
