    It was okay but fell apart at the end

    The story does well for most of the movie. The main character played by Halle Berry is a skilled 911 operator. Sadly, toward the end, they have her doing stupid things which are totally out of character. It was as if the writers couldn't figure out how to have the ending work so they just whipped something up. I recommend passing on this one.

    Unbelieveable ending

    To think that someone familiar with law enforcement and knowing that a treasure trove of forensic evidence plus the offender is waiting to be picked up would walk away and let him slowly die is unbelieveable. The dynamics of this film was completely off base in the way it went. Even if does suppose a measure of just desserts, it is still a movie that I will neither rent in the future or buy a copy of.
