his is one of the Coen Bros best. A send up on hard boiled detective movies, with a dim witted, but well meaning hippy as the protagonist. Jeff Bridges is great as lebowski with a stellar support cast in John Goodman, Steve Buscemi and Phillip seymour Hoffman. Lots of laughs and clever banter. This has become a cult classic and even inspired Lebowskifest, a yearly convention to honor the movie and the wonders of bowling.

Jeff Bridges and John Goodmen were really funny in this movie. The dude is one of my favorite characters in any movie. The plot was hilarious. One of my favorite comedy's.

This is a cult classic. I laughed so hard tears were streaming down my cheeks and I have seen this movie more times than not. The key to liking a movie like this is to go into it with an open mind and low expectations and prepare to be entertained. One of my favorite movies of all time and have some classic one-liners.
