A great documentary message --- should be available for more to see! A brief but moving education on global warming and climate control issues......give us a reality to be passionate about and speak to our leaders about.............the timeline is critical for committing to rescue our planet. Signing the correct paperwork at the upcoming global summit would be a start...........let the planet and it's inhabitants' well-being take precedence over financial & political gains. Who will be the heros? The Age of Stupid gives you a clue...........Charlotte

I thought the docu-movie was OK. I thought it was too long on wind generation as a solution and could have been more "shocking" hence more "change motivating" on the impacts of global warming/climate change. But I'll take listening to Pete Postlehwaite over Al Gore anytime, right boys and girls? LOL The movie sure makes 'Merka look bad and very interesting covering the Iraqi boy who lost his dad in the BUSH invasion of Iraq in 2003 I was vehemently opposed to and wrote Congress before he attacked warning them not to do it, wants to kill Americans. Can you blame him? Long story short, I would have liked to see more about potential solutions to this grave problem but pleased at least they gave a hard deadline (2015) to turn it around OR ELSE. If we don't find a clean alternative energy supply FAST, I don't see how we will avert climate change/disaster with China's and India's rapid growth and demand for electricity, etc. no matter what 'Merka does to reduce its carbon footprint. I thought the main characters were so credible and compelling, and the more that we talk about this topic the better!! Very cleverly presented.

The movie all in all was pretty good, but really felt very defeatist, in that it seemed to dwell heavily on the negative. I know this was supposed to only be a possible "future scenario", but they failed to show a lot of what we CAN do NOW to help out, other than don't drink bottled water. Good idea, but what about other issues, like all the other forms of renewable energy out there? Solar was barely mentioned...?? The live section at the end was good in content (Kofi Annan rocked!!) but POOR on production... the "sound guy" should definitely KEEP HIS DAY JOB! ;) I don't know WHY they got the emcee they did? He was NOT that funny, and was distracting as hell, as he talked over the ends of people's sentences during the early interviews before the film. Overall: B PS: our local theater gave us a readmission pass on the way out, because of all the tech problems. Thanks!!

This is a must see. Not the best movie on the subject I've ever seen, but a noble effort. The scenario's described WILL become the truth if we just sit and do nothing. Our children and grandchildren as well as all the species on our planet will suffer greatly. Please spread the message that AIR TRAVEL is one of the WORST OFFENDERS, but everyone pussyfoots around this subject because of the me-ism involved. If I fly, it won't matter, BUT IT DOES! Let's highlight how our jet setting alone will destroy our planet.
