    The 11th Hour

Just saw the movie about an hour ago. Fantastic is putting it lightly! Even better than an Inconvenient Truth without all of the stats. Climate change is real. The 11th Hour sheds light on the issue without pointing too many fingers and gives a compassionate voice to our society by emphasizing increased awareness and highlighting the dangers of consumerism.Too bad it only plays in one or two theaters in the entire STATE of Colorado!!! Go see it

    The 11th Hour

This is an important film. Please watch it. I live the Winston Salem North Carolina area and only one theatre is showing it. That's despicable. The film takes an Inconvenient Truth and puts faces to the numbers. Even if you don't believe that Global Warming exists, you should see this movie.

    11th Hour is an Inspiration

Yes, this film is very important, a must see for anyone who cares about the world our children are to inherit. Correction: About OUR world as well as theirs. The film, using interviews with many top notch scientists and thinkers, lays out the the present reality and potential future represented by melting ice caps the world over, and other irrefutable indicators. DiCaprio does a good job of narrating. We all left feeling inspired to take action and make a difference in changing the dangerous course our country, in particular, is on.

    Pathos 101

    by Divadrummer

I wish I could give this movie a good review, because the subject matter is so important. But it's difficult - at best - to make a feature-length movie about ALL of the world's environmental problems, as 11th Hour endeavors to do. Leonardo DiCaprio's production has succeeded at this (somewhat), but at the cost of continuity and coherence.

While some of the experts had some facts I've never heard of before, or ideas that were new and thought provoking, many of them used their time to vent their frustrations or express their theories in a misleading way. And if someone did have something cool to say, it was guaranteed that they'd present their basic argument or fact, and be cut off immediately by another expert speaking about a completely different and often unrelated issue. The result is like being stuck in a stalled bumper car: you're constantly jerked around, and you have no expectations of where you might wind up next.

    GREATEST MOVIE WITH BEST FACTS

This movie, is by far, the greatest movie made on this topic. It not only informs you of global warming, like so many others have done; but, it tackles all the issues facing our planet, and most prominintly the human race. The interviews with scientists were incredible and I am extremely glad that I caught the last showing of it in my town. It is a must see. BUT REMEMBER, think about what you are watching, and think about what you can do.
