This movie was absolutely awful!

Don't waste your $ or your time. Movie made no sense, and the plot made no sense. The ending stunk too. Total garbage. I would not even rent or buy the DVD.

Very Suprised

I delayed watching this movie because I knew it would be so stupid and predictable but I am glad I was wrong. This movie was actually very good. The storyline was awesome and it made the story clear. Some things were predictable which is bound to happen if you watch enough scary movies but the critics definitely got this wrong. I believe it is worth the $12 ticket. I was very suprised.

Wack! Trey songs can't act just as I suspected. The movie was worse than the previous one.

Possibly the worst horror movie ever. I went in with low expectations that it would be as good as the 2003 remake. If your gonna make a crappy horror flick at least make the slutty helpless females attractive ones.

Hilarious!!!!!

This movie was not like the other Texas Massacre movies but it was funny. Not sure why it was a 3D movie because the were only 2 3D effects. Showing up close at the girl flat butt and when he threw the chainsaw. If you are looking for a comedy GO! If you are looking for a horror 3D movie don't waste your time.

so-so but has its moments

The plot was decent. There were times that I jumped and that never happens. I was also at the end of my seat at times. However, the acting was not that believable and that made it less scary at times. Best part was the intro with the original film. I liked how they went right from that moment and continued the story. They also overlaid some similar story points from the original into this one.

If you can get passed the terrible acting, you might find the story line at least a little interesting. Of course, since it's a horror film, there has to be the pointless flusey female character that contributes absolutely nothing to the story line. If this movie were to come out in the 80s, then maybe it would've gotten better reviews. But the bar for horror films is a bit higher these days and this movie made a pathetic and failed attempt to reach that bar. They should've dropped this concept after Jessica Biel's version. I actually enjoyed that one. There was no time for character development, just a bunch of screaming. Please save your money.

Chain yawn more like it

I love the original and sequel and really liked the remake. The rest I could take or leave. The only reason I entertained the thought of watching this one was for the 3D. There were a couple good scenes of 3D, but not enough to make me want to give this a positive review. None of the characters were likable. I did like how it picked up right after the original. I also liked the cameos from Gunnar and Bill from the originals.The story was so-so though. Long story short, I don't think I'd purchase this when it comes out even if it was on sale cheap. As a long time Chainsaw fan, this didn't impress me. But this is only my opinion. See it if you want, just keep your expectations low.

Chainsaw Forever

I always enjoyed the chainsaw movies.I think the first one from 1974 is the worst meaning scary.After awhile they were funny to me.I would like to see a stand off between Leather face and Freddy Krugger.That would b nice.The story was good not too long and drawn out.I look frwd to the next chainsaw movie and see where it goes from there.
