The movie started off pretty well even with the bad acting of Trey Songs, however the poorly written script ruins the movie and the fear is gone...

First Off Let Me Say That I Hate The Fact That Hollywood Has Ran Out Of Ideas And Pretty Much Destroyed Every Horror Classic. But I Have To Say They Did Really Well On This One. This Movie Had A Very Different Concept And Was A Great Creative Spin On The Franchise. It Starts Off By Telling What Happened After Sally Hardesty Escaped In The Original Classic. The Story Is Inspired From Those Events. It Has A Good Story And Alot Of Blood And Guts Which Compliments The TCM Franchise. The Kill Scenes in This Movie Was A Bit Of A Letdown. They Definately Could All Have Been Drawn Out Alot More And Some Creativity Added To Them. The Original Classic Had A Gripping Psychological Impact On You Which All The Remakes Lack Entirely. With All That Said It's Definately A Really Good Movie And Worth Going To See, Just Dont Waste Your Money On 3D Cuz The Effects Was Pathetic.

This movie had potential but fell way short. Our generations remake was by far the best even compared to the orginal ones. This one just go's way out there. The acting is horrible, the plot was unbelievable. Some people said that it was good on gore even there it lacked. I personally started laughing throughout the movie. Let this franchise die. Rest in peace.

Really didn't think it was worth the $18.00 a pop to see (in NYC). A couple of good 3D effects, but there were many boring parts in the movie. My husband even fell asleep twice and we saw the 1:20 pm show. The last one was by far the best one.

1st: Don't go to see this in 3D if you are a huge 3D movie fan, because you'll leave disappointed. Just save a few dollars and go and see the regular one.
2nd: There definitely was some nice eye candy in this movie to keep your attention.
3rd: The blood, guts, and gore was awesome
4th: I actually liked the way the movie ended, IT WAS SO UNEXPECTED!
5th: The primary underlying theme of this movie is KARMA, so after watching it, take a second and think about how what you do in life can ripple and impact someone else' s life. Simple, treat others well, as you should want to be treated.
