It was okay it was a 3 out of a 10 . I should have waited till it come out at Red Box tho. Lol

a clear step in the right direction

this movie had both its ups and down moments, however the good heavily outwieghs the bad. It has its stand out moments and its really the first Texas Chainsaw movie in a while that I got scared watching. It has some great twists and turns in a fairly strong storyline. It also has quite a few fairly weak points though. But, despite this, I am welcoming a sequel and dying to see how the story continues.

Brutal!!!!!

The best part of the movie besides the cleavage shot ????? The ending and that is only because I didn't have to watch anymore of this terrible film. I don't know what planet these people are from that say it was good.

Watchable, does not break new ground

Texas Chainsaw 3D was just okay, did not reinvent the series, and I don't see any benefits in sequels, it was just okay. 3D added nothing, no shocks or really interesting effects.It seemed like the editing actually hurt the movie, lacked coherence. A popcorn movie, nothing more...

Don't believe the HATE

If you were a fan of the Original 1974 film you'll love it. The Halloween H20'd it basically. The movie was awesome and great killls. The plot rocks!!!

exellent storyline and characters but way too much blood and gore. what happened to scary movies actually being SCARY??? nowadays its all blood and guts. anyways...was for the most part an exellent movie

Worst movie I have ever seen dont see it ppl .

The movie SUCKED!! It was more of a bad horror comedy and no one their acting was good, it was like they were over acting or trying to hard. Trey songz is cute but he was playing the wrong part and his acting was ****. The best part of the movie was when people started getting killed and even that's was weird. Towards the end of the movie was also weird. Save your money buy some condoms.

The movie was good.

The effects were awesome. I like the fact it was 3D... But I will say it's not the scariest I've seen. But would recommend it.

Gory fun & true to original

It was kinda of cool that it gave a new story to the original but it was very slow, not nearly enough blood maybe 20 minutes of the movie total. Not very good for legitimate horror or movie fans. Good for younger audiences.

You really dont even need the 3D glasses except for 2 scenes!!! Its not that scary!!! kinda wish i could get my cash back!!!

Wasn't a totally bad movie. I appreciate that they work off of the very original 'Chainsaw' flick, and tried to take it in a new direction, but the overall effect was very hollow. Not to mention the extremely awkward ending between Leatherface and his HAWT cousin. . . .
