This movie had all the elements of humor you expect from Seth MacFarlane. Its raunchy, titillating, and has very adult themes. All of which appeal to me. Ted is definitely not for the kiddies so you wont have to deal with screaming babies here.
Mark Walhlberg and Mila Kunis are hilarious. IT's one of the funnier movies I've seen in the last year. If you are a "Family Guy" fan, head over and see this There are many inside jokes for your amusement. You won't regret it.

Another example of a feeble minded script out of Hollywood. It could have been a pretty entertaining, fun movie, but the weak minded writers script was so full of crude, gross attempts at "shock" humor that it was just painful to sit through. My wife and I agreed that this was a waste of two hours of our time. Did Wahlberg lose a bet to somebody? I can't think he's so desparate that he'd stoop to taking this job otherwise!

Ted is a hilarious movie, and while most of the comedy is pretty vulgar- the movie makes fun of a lot of things/people out there and that is quite hilarious itself. It's a very enjoyable movie, and if you're a Family Guy fan...well you will absolutely LOVE this movie. Everything clicks in this movie, however I would only recommend adults 18 and over to go see this! Maybe even a 17 year old could check this out. I was at the theatre and someone brought their baby with them to watch this.....big mistake!
GOOD MOVIE, go see it!

If you are a fan of the tv show "Family Guy", watch this movie. Its just a straight up live action movie version of it. You could say that the same character from the tv show were well represented here. Not bad for Seth MacFarlane's debut as a film director. Hope fully he will make more films of this kind of humor.

I was expecting Family Guy funny... but I guess a live action movie doesn't carry as much comedic value as a cartoon would. Two thirds of the way through I was looking at my phone hoping the movie would soon end... definitely a renter, but not a movie I would have ever paid to go watch at the theaters.
