My husband and I went to see this movie today and I just sat there continually scratching my head at how a fine actor like Mark Wahlberg would submit himself to this nonsense. Is he hard up for cash or something? It was a fantasy story to start with but I found myself wanting to set the teddy bear in the Goodwill Pile somewhere and say "Stay", grab the girlfriend and say why are you putting up with this nonsense and to slap Mark Wahlberg's character around with a firm "Grow the Heck up" Frankly I was embarrassed for the actors with such a storyline they were force to try to sell. It started out as a cute little fantasy, but ended up with an escape from a Tourette's Syndrome whacko adventure. Save you money. There's got to be something better coming out

so very funny. Didn't think I was going to like it but my sister in law made me go. I am very glad she did because this movie was worth going to see!

Being a huge Family Guy and Brian fan, "Ted" was awesome! Irreverent, almost unscripted, unfiltered fun! I love how Seth continues to push the envelope. I was never a fan of Matt Damon, but seeing his effortless comedic delivery in The Other Guys and now Ted, has propelled him into my category of versatile actors. I loved his natural delivery and acting overall. Mila was okay, but for some reason she is cemented in my mind as her character, Meg. Of course Ted was so awesome, I saw it twice!!!

If you love Family Guy, you will love this movie. I was laughing throughout the whole thing, but before seeing the movie, the reviews stated that it was going to be "one filthy-talking bear". While he did have a filthy mouth, I honestly expected a bit more "vulgarity" since... cmon... it's Family Guy! They are capable of more than that! But regardless, I would still recommend this movie to anyone except your grandmother. Although the story was a little dim, all of the actors were great. Overall, I give it an 8/10 :)

I was concerned that the trailers shown before the movie released would be the highlights and the actual movie wouldn't be able to live up to the hype. No worries here! This is probably the best comedy I've seen since the original "Waiting..." came out. IMO it's a MUST See!
