Saw it with my boyfriend and we both loved it! Very cute, sweet, funny, and has the old Disney feel of the lion king, the little mermaid, etc.

We took our 4-year-old and her 3 friends (ages 4-6) to see this movie, and everyone enjoyed it. This was the only movie so far that kept my daughter's interest throughout, as usually (even with The Princess & The Frog), she starts getting restless about 5-10 minutes before the movie ends. The storyline was good, but it seemed to "borrow" a few key scenes from previous Disney movies, such as "Snow White & the 7 Dwarves" and "Beauty & the Beast." Even the music seemed to mimic previous Disney animated features, and I would be hard pressed to find a great unique hit song from the soundtrack. Still, the animation was good and the overall movie was fun to watch. One thing we noticed was that some of the scenes from the previews/trailers were not in the movie at all, so what we expected didn't quite coincide with what we saw. Nevertheless, we wouldn't mind seeing it again when it comes out on DVD.

Very entertaining but the knife weilding step mom was too much for small kids. The hero is stabbed and bleeds to death. Not the rapunzel my mom told me about. Disney should be ashamed!

We walked out after less than ten minutes: in fact the minute Rapunzel started to sing. It sounded like warmed over WICKED, which in original form was bad enough. The Fairy Tale was told wrong. The animation was grossly computer generated when we were expecting something at least a little like "real" Disney. I don't know, we just hated it and it was the youngest member of the group who initiated the "let's leave" idea. Save your money, rent or buy a DVD of the restored Snow White and watch real animation magic!
