Stop with the negativity

Those of you whining, crying, complaining, and acting like experts please stop. The movie isn't even out yet. As someone who grew up with the original 3, then enjoyed the next 3 with my kids, I am looking forward to the next rounds with my grand-kids. I for one am happy they brought back the originals for this. They aren't the main focus and they don't have huge parts. Just enough for old time TRUE Star Wars fans to enjoy. If you don't like it then don't go see it. Otherwise just shut up and enjoy it when it gets here.

I'd like to thank JJ Abrams for destroying a beloved franchise, this movie is derivative and poorly made. I can't remember being this disappointed in many, many years. It's a poor remake, it's so bad in fact I kept hoping to see Jarjar. It's as if Star Wars and Twilight had a ******* child. The only positive was BB8 and the final credits. MST3K would have had a field day with this one.

I expected a lot better

The plot was the same as the first Star Wars movie back in 1977 with some new characters but the ending sucked. They PC'ed the movie and made it worse. The action was good and the special effects were great. The 3D was well done. I was very disappointed that Disney Studios could not even come up with a new plot. Come on. Same bleeping android carrying same map. Girl gets kidnapped by the bad guys. Bigger Death Star. Same flying down the same valley with the same Same Tie Fighters can't hit the broadside of a barn. I mean, how stupid do they think we are?

Great drama. Powerful story line. Special effects are awesome. Best 90 second movie so far. The character development was limited and the plot predictable, but more than a few unforeseen twists add to the intrigue. I left the promo in the middle to go get popcorn so I may have missed the middle part.

I swear to G-O-D... if Disney screwed this up and made it cheesy and weak and for 6-year olds and put stupid characters in, saying stupid things to be funny that aren't funny at all, and not keeping with the dark, suspenseful feel of the original first 3 Star Wars movies that made them soooo good because they really hit the nerves and kept you on the edge of your seats, or they used really cheesy graphics or actors that are too over-dramatic and full of themselves... (gotta end this record-long sentence)... well, I will just be sooo disappointed that I will make it my life-goal to never dish out another penny towards the Star Wars franchise EVER. The five-star rating I give it is just to let those in charge of these movies know that we, the fans, hold these movies in such high regard and are anticipating a good movie so intently and anxiously, that we hope it will live up to our expectant-rating of 5 stars. Now... DON'T SCREW IT UP !
