STTNG Celebration of Season 2 was great! Wish we could see more TREKS (STTNG & TOS) on the big screen! The remastered stuff is awesome to watch! Let's have MORE!

Great re-mastering, sound is fantastic and the additional 13 minutes of un before seen footage was best.

The commentary prior to both episodes ("Q Who?" and "Measure of a Man") was great. Plus the group discussion by the cast in the 25th anniversary reunion section was very interesting, and at times, touching.
Both of the selected episodes were favorites, and "Measure of a Man" included 13 minutes never before seen, as it had been cut for television due to the lengthy script. Fortunately, the author had a copy of the full version which turned out to be the ONLY copy - and it was used in the restoration of what is likely the most important episode ever produced in any Star Trek show.

This is a must go. Its soooo good. Mainly becasue they picked a pair of pretty epic episodes to run on a big screen. On top of that you get the commentary, interviews, and bloopers, all of which adds to some back story behind the creation of this series. I am a big fan of Star Trek, so to all the Trekky's out there, if you enjoy watching movies on the big screen, your gonna love this digitally remastered event. Definitely a must see on any Trekky's list. I hope they do the same thing for the release of the season 3 bluray!

For context, I did see the movie celebration for Season 1 as well. This event was stronger by far. This is assisted by Season 2 having some stronger episodes and acting from core cast members but the additional features, behind the scenes and interviews were truly a lot of fun and had the theater laughing hard a good deal of the time. It's great to see how so much of TNG came to be. The two episodes chosen were fantastic decisions, especially Measure of a Man. Not only do we get the never before see extended cut of the episode, roughly 13 minutes longer, but it is an episode that truly defines and summarizes what Star Trek is, what it was meant to be and what it means to people like me. I look forward to the Season 3 event! Live long and prosper.
