It was good to hear from people that have absorbed the message of Springsteens's music. The stories were inspiring, cute, funny, touching, and I related to them. The bonus is the concert footage, current and classic. In the end, we circle around to confirm "The Boss" still seems to be a regular guy despite being in a lifestyle that turns many people into self-absorbed jerks.

I have been following Bruce and the band and all of its variations since the mid 1970's. What struck me most about this newest mix of Bruce, the band, and all of his fans was that the people who were selected from the videos sent in and those selected to hang with Bruce, do a group hug were really ordinary, middle class people with a wonderful passion for the music, the man, and the mighty effort that he and his band put into each and every concert to be sure that each person there goes away feeling like the whole evening was dedicated just to them. I felt that way when I went to Wrigley Field last September. His songs speak to the collective consciousness of all his fans as well as everyone in the world whether they know and love his music or not. The clips that the Ridley Scott team chose to use in this movie were a wonderful mixture of the beginning of his career, the middle, and the ongoing since the end is not even in sight. My 3 words: Transforming, insightful, music.

As a Springsteen devotee of 40 years, this was a great tribute to the best performer of my lifetime. Fun interviews with fans, and the live footage from England 2012 at the end is worth the price of admission, especially the two songs with Paul McCartney! I would have enjoyed seeing some celebrity fan interviews, and it could have been much longer. I was moved to tears several times, moved once again by this amazing man!

I am so glad we went to see it. My husband and I, HUGE Bruce fans that we are thoroughly enjoyed this movie. If I could have, I would have gotten up out of my seat and danced like I usually do at the concerts! So happy I went. We just LOVE Bruce. And the stories were very heart warming. You laugh, you cry, you definitely want to see it if you are a Bruce fan. And if you're not, you will be by the time the movie is over!

This is a very good documentary for hard core Springsteen fans. It is funny at times, and touching at others. If you are not a hard core fan, you will dislike it, but otherwise, I would suggest you watching it. It is short, though.
