I can't wait til it comes out on dvd...the testimonials were great!! would give anything to have done that. and to meet him in person....there would be nothing better... What he gives back to the fans, is like no other artist!!! He is the real deal!! I've been to about 15 concerts and he never dissappoints...He always gives 110%...He is all about the working class people. He is one of us....

Next Best Thing To Seeing Bruce Live in Concert

The movie, Springsteen and I, was a true love-fest. It opens with his fans giving three words that sum up their feelings for their hero. Mine are: GOD BLESS BRUCE! I have actually lost track of how many times I've seen him in concert, starting in 1974. I felt as though I could have been one of his fans in the movie; I identified so completely with their devotion to him. There is no one like Bruce Springsteen, and seeing the movie proves it. His music speaks to people of all ages. I laughed and cried and sang and bopped along. How can you sit still when you hear a Springsteen song? There was applause and whooping, and of course, shouts of "Bruuuuce!" This was a theater in the suburbs of Philly, after all. It was the most fun I've ever had in a movie theater! I especially enjoyed the clips showing the young Bruce. I'm sure I wasn't the only woman in the theater whose heart was pounding just a little faster. It's a must-see for Springsteen fans. I'd love to see it again!

I am so glad we went to see it. My husband and I, HUGE Bruce fans that we are thoroughly enjoyed this movie. If I could have, I would have gotten up out of my seat and danced like I usually do at the concerts! So happy I went. We just LOVE Bruce. And the stories were very heart warming. You laugh, you cry, you definitely want to see it if you are a Bruce fan. And if you're not, you will be by the time the movie is over!

Springsteen and I

A Fabulous movie. I went in on a day that I thought my world was coming to an end. My husband who had beat cancer once was told it was back. He was looking to me for strength that I just didn't feel I had. But, typical for a Bruce event, I came out rejuvenated. Ready to fight and conquer this thing. I don't know how many times Bruce and his music has pulled me back from the brink, but through this movie, he did it again! So good to see other people that have the same experience and admiration for this man. It is a well done, fun and uplifting movie that even someone that has not had the chance to attend the "church of Bruce Springsteen" can enjoy.
