I rate this a D-. I went only because it was the only thing starting as I tried to wait out snowy traffic and well.... being stuck in traffic may have been better. I've seen worse movies but that isn't saying a lot for this one. Story was bad and "acting" was barely passable although James Franco as a gangsta rapper pretty funny (unintentionally). A lot of T&A and nothing else. I say ...STRONGLY...don't go.

Unless you like the party movies that have no point to it... Then you won't like this movie. All it is is people getting drunk and high. And I watched it because Selena Gomez and she is barely even in it!

This is pretty much as the title says , Spring Break . Four college girls are bored and looking to put a little adventure into their lives so they decide to go to Florida for spring break . Selena is the church goer while Vanessa and Ashley are a little more on the wild side [to help finance their trip , they rob a business] . When they arrive in Florida , they meet James , a local want-to-be gangster [you may not recognize him , he wears dreadlocks and has metal on his teeth] . James gives them the thrills that were missing in their lives [a little too much for a couple of the girls] and things spiral out of control . This is the first 'R' rated movie for Selena . There is nudity [not for Selena] and drug use [yes for Selena] so this one is not for little kids .
It's rated "R" for sexual content [including nudity] , language , drug use and violence and has a running time of 1 hour & 34 minutes .
I don't think I would buy it on DVD but it would be alright as a rental .

Its sad that this movie has so many Disney Channel actresses and many young girls will want to see this movie. As a father that worries me. I'm going to spoil the ending but in particular it makes me worry that it doesn't shows any consequences to the bad behavior of the protagonists. In the end they drive up into the sunset like heroes who bagged their bad behavior to experimentation and a "good" experience.
