As a sequel to the 1983 Czechoslovakian seriocomedy Snowdrops and Aces, this outing finds the adolescents from the earlier film reencountering one another on a ski trip. In lieu of the arrested adolescent behavior that this could potentially draw out, the reunions between old friends and lovers draw out alternately poignant and humorous memories of the past and an increased awareness of impending middle age as various couplings occur. ~ Nathan Southern, Rovi
