It is no wonder the critics love this monumental piece of TRASH. It is so full of sick and twisted characters that it becomes evident in the first 20 minutes that the entire story is unfeasible. Jennifer Lawrence's face was SO FULL of BOTOX I thought it would explode at any moment. Once again, Robert De Niro stretches to play a role, and ends up playing Robert De Niro! (Come on! As hard as he tries, he can't act past himself.) BUT, the real low point of this movie was when Cooper stands in front of a print of Jesus hanging on the wall behind him and lets out a long chorus of vulgar profanity. Yes, maybe I am a prude but I don't find it necessary to pollute a script with fowl language to make a good movie., I wonder how the World would react if it had been a Muslim image with the same use of words!

Beautiful writing, superb screenplay, fabulous acting and actors. This film holds your attention the whole time. The dialogue is quirky, true to Iife and funny. Tear jerker? Go see it and find out...

The movie was excellent. I cried, I laughed and I felt pulled into the lives of the characters. Casting was exceptional. Acting was superb. It has a heavy plot/ message, but it is about real life and played out like Real Life.

Soo much better than I thought it would be. It treats sad and serious issues with such humor you are laughing the whole time and rooting for a happy ending. SO great!

Silver Linings Playbook is the absolute best movie to come out this year! It is a genuine crowd pleaser of a movie, filled with incredible performances and raw emotion interlaced with great comedy. Bradley Cooper is pinpoint perfect as Pat, a damaged man who is trying desperately to rebuild his life to re-win his estranged wife. But Jennifer Lawrence totally steals the entire movie as the equally emotionally damaged Tiffany. You will absolutely be in love with her by the time the movie is over. This may be the role that will give Lawrence the Academy Award for Best Actress. Also featuring Robert De Nero and Chris Tucker, this is one of these movies you want to see more than once, a film that I think is going to become an instant classic next to the likes of romantic comedies like "Moonstruck". I can't say it enough, you have to go see this movie for yourself! When you do, when it is over, you will leave the theater with a smile on your face! It is that damned good!
