I was a bit skeptical about this movie -- BH really wanted to see this for some of the "dreamy" actors -- but it was way more than pretty faces. What I thought was going to be a "ho hum" movie caught me off-guard with the multiple plot twists and the great story line.
This script attracted four top-notch actors for the lead roles. Rooney Mara (recently "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo") shows that her her nomination for an Academy Award for TGWTDT was no fluke. Zeta-Jones is, of course, predictably fantastic. Jude Law gives a performance that may well earn him another Academy Award nomination.
This is one not to miss.

I am truly appreciative of how critics and bloggers have, for the most part, made an effort not to spoil the twists of this movie. I don't know how to describe it actually without giving anything away. All I will say is that it starts out one thing and ends up as another and you won't glean anything by watching the trailers & tv spots. This is Soderbergh doing DePalma doing Hitchcock. Rooney Mara will knock your socks off and both Catherine Zeta Jones and Jude Law haven't had parts this juicy in a long time. Definitely worthy of your time and the price of admission.

I was pleasantly surprised because i had no expectations- definitely not your average storyline, so thumbs up to the screen writer. However easy spoiler alert, so if u are interested in seeing it DO NOT read further into my comments. Great casting though btw.
It was funny how they took the idea of the flaw of the psychiatry/medical system and made a thriller out of it. It's funny how common it is how patients lie to doctors so that they would be diagnosed the way the patient wants.

if this is the level of sophistication soderberg has, and obviously it is, it is a wonder he was even allowed to direct a peanut butter commercial. this movie is more than ridiculous, it is insulting.

Very interesting little film. Great performances and twisting and turning plot.
Lots to chew on here, from insider trading to big pharma and its grip on
the medical profession. Really thoroughly enjoyed it, and am still thinking
