I'm a Home Health Registered Nurse in California. I went to a screening today. This is the best movie/documentary I have ever seen!! Michael Moore is to be commended. A bi-partisan movie. California voters, support the bill of Sheila Kuehl and VOTE! This is a crucial topic. I recently visited Europe and used their healthcare system. It was amazingly efficient and effective. I personally have experienced how pharmaceudical lobbyists have blatently influenced delegates to ANA in Washington, DC. This is a serious matter.

I am a life-long Republican and was skeptical of this documentary. I had seen it given good reviews on FoxNews so I decided to check it out. All I can say is "WOW" !!! It really blew me away. I have to hand it to Moore, he is one hell of a movie-maker. I tried to get a few friends to go with me, but they were too angry at the press the movie is getting. When I told them how great it was, they were totally enraged. One buddy told me he will no longer talk to me because he claims now I am a "liberal ****ot". It was a very wierd experience to have people hate me so vehemently just because I like the movie. Needless to say, i won't be voting Republican again.

I had the chance to catch a sneek preview of Michael Moore's new film, "SICKO". A must see... Probing the hot topic issue of healthcare in America. There are so many point in health care that are expressed from facts as well as from a group of post 9/11 workers going into Cuba seeking medical attention that is not covered in the U.S. even for those who sacrifice for the good of the nation? A must see for those with an open-mind and as a health care employee we can negate the future of our health care rights!!!

Wow, what a great movie! Anyone who has ever been to the doctor, should see this movie. As a nurse, I have seen many of things that he details in the movie. My Father will lose his home due to the fact that my mother did not have enough insurance to cover her illness before she died. Go see this movie, learn something, and then do something about it.

FINALLY!!!! I can't tell you how long I have been waiting for this movie to be made. Millions and millions of Americans are DYING for health care. Millions more are suffering with inadequate care that we can't begin to afford. This is the richest nation in all of human history, yet it is also the only western industrialized nation without a universal, single payer health care system. It is a CRIME for any man, woman, or child to be deprived adequate medical care amidst such unprecedented wealth and technological advances. It is cruel and it is ridiculous that the US health care system ranks 37th in quality out of all the world's nations, while coming in 1st in cost. That's just sick. We're not talking about some frivolous, unnecessary luxury. The fact is, HEALTH CARE IS A HUMAN RIGHT! IT IS SOMETHING WE ALL NEED! Well, Americans are fed up! We're sick and tired of this cruel and ridiculous system. And we're NOT going to take it any more. Let's get the health care that WE ALL DESERVE!
