Loved it. Great Acting. Such a new twist on the Sherlock Holmes character. The relationship between Sherlock and Dr. Watson is so different from the old Holmes movies. I love the banter between them and the absurdity of the things they do. The production of the action scenes is so unique with the slow-mo action takes.

The movie kept you looking for clues as to who, where, how and what is coming next. Several hints of an end and yet no proof of the end. Awesome directing in this area.

Not As Good As Original

I'm a big Robert Downey Junior fan. This movie was not nearly as good as the first one, in my opinion. The first was GREAT. I guess this was more of the same, but I felt like I was in the theater for 4 hours. Very slow moving. Not worth going to the theater. Stay home and wait for the Netflix or DVD to come out. Save your money and time. But if you are a Robert Downey Jr fan, then go see it. Not his fault the plot was slow, but his performance is fanatastic as usual. I have to admit, even if I read a bad review on the movie, I would have gone anyway, and I will see the next Sherlock (if Downey in it) as well.

Great action sequences interspersed with cerebral character exploration and cunning strategies. I was very entertained and surprised at how well it all came together at the end.

I am used to the brainiac Sherlock not the physical one. BUT, I think they pulled it off quite well with balancing the two. Jude Law was a great Dr. Watson and Robert Downey Jr. was a great Sherlock. Story line was excellent and easy to follow. Now, I must see the first one with RDJ. Go see it! I would not take kids under 13 to see it.
