We might of had a good thing...
I really wanted this to be a good movie, but alas it was an unfocused, scattershot jumble that couldn't decide what it wanted to be. At times it plays like a classic 70s/80's slasher film, then it changes gears and tries to be a self aware tongue in cheek 90's flick. There were a few key items that showed promise, which is what makes this film so frustrating. In better hands, (Edgar Wright, Neil Marshall or Danny Boyle) this could have been a fantastic film but as it stands, it's an unfocused tonal mess.
